Its a studio apartment for 2 person on the third floor with a double bed, dining space and a kitchen. There is a work desk also.
there is no balcony with the apartment.

The furniture is hand made keeping the requirements of the guests in mind, giving it a sleek and modern look. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well lit (including the natural light).
Fresh linens and towels are provided everyday and house keeping is complimentary.
The terrace is a common area on the 4th floor..

Guest Access

Guests have complete access to the entire apartment (3rd floor) and also to the common terrace garden (4th floor) which overlooks the fort and the lake.

We have just opened a cafe by the name of 9th street bistro cafe in hauz khas village. Its 100m from the apartment. One can enjoy continental cuisine such as pizza, pasta, finger food and main courses. we also offer a wide range of breakfast options for both vegetarian and non vegetarians. one can even go for Mediterranean options cooked fresh to satiate your hunger.
-There are a range of beverages such as mocktails, shakes, tea, coffee and lattes.
we offer dine in in the cafe and also can deliver hot to your room
For the airbnb guests, we are offering a 20% discount on dine in in the cafe.

-The apartment is on 3rd floor and terrace (4th floor) is a common area.
