About Property

Taking inspiration from the mughal archtecture of taj mahal and its exclusive use of marble, I am happy to share with you my new apartment, Royal Heritage. Here each nook and corner exudes luxury and royalty. The ivory white marble throughout the apartment provides a feel of opulence and grandeur. The arches in the apartment are based on mughal architecture.
The bed is made of ivory white marble which transmits light from beneath helping provide a warm and comfy ambience. Its fitted with super comfortable mattress and pillows with finest quality linen. The bed is inlaid with brass which is believed to emit positive energy.
The dining table, almirah and the workdesk are also made of ivory white marble.
The wall lights are hand picked and adorned with rare jodhpuri glass.
The apartment has a private balcony to enjoy the surroundings and the nearby lake.
The doors are custom created with indian style carving.

Apartment has a fully loaded kitchen with cooking range, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, full size refrigerator, cutlery and basic food groceries.
The sophisticated use of color would stand out and bring the outdoors in.
The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Guests have complete access to the entire apartment and also to the terrace garden (4th floor)

We have just opened a cafe by the name of 9th street bistro cafe in hauz khas village. Its 100m from the apartment. One can enjoy continental cuisine such as pizza, pasta, finger food and main courses. we also offer a wide range of breakfast options for both vegetarian and non vegetarians. one can even go for Mediterranean options cooked fresh to satiate your hunger.
-There are a range of beverages such as mocktails, shakes, tea, coffee and lattes.
we offer dine in in the cafe and also can deliver hot to your room
For the airbnb guests, we are offering a 20% discount on dine in in the cafe.
-We take pride in the fact that everything is made afresh and is receiving a positive response from the guests
