Welcome to Luxury Vibes Stay. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, accommodation services, and hostel facilities. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at Luxury Vibes Stay, you agree to comply with the following terms and policies.
1. Reservations & Bookings
All bookings made through Luxury Vibes Stay are subject to room availability and confirmation by management. Guests are required to provide accurate personal and contact details while making a reservation.
Luxury Vibes Stay reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking in the event of incorrect information, policy violations, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
2. Payment Policy
Advance or full payment may be required to confirm your booking. Payments must be completed using approved payment methods available through our website or at the property.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay, including damages or extra services, must be cleared before check-out.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.

- Standard Check-Out Time: 9:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior throughout their stay. Any activity causing inconvenience, disturbance, damage, or violation of hostel policies may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Illegal activities, substance abuse, excessive noise, or misconduct within the property are strictly prohibited.
5. Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, fixtures, or hostel property due to negligence or misuse. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Luxury Vibes Stay reserves the right to recover compensation for damages caused during the stay.
6. Safety & Security
For the safety and security of all guests, common areas within Luxury Vibes Stay may be monitored through CCTV surveillance.
Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times. Luxury Vibes Stay shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
